The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of risky behaviour and the role of a school prevention methodologist. It describes the risky behaviour occurring in secondary vocational schools and introduces the function of the school prevention methodologist in relation to the school counselling centre. Moreover, it outlines the importance of prevention and prevention programmes to eliminate the risky behaviour. Concurrently, this thesis defines specific types of risk behaviour. The practical part is based on the qualitative research using a semi-structured inter-view method. Three prevention methodologists from secondary vocational schools participated. The results were analysed using an open coding technique involving the categorisation of the data into four groups that serve as the main objects of the research investigation.
School counselling centres' support of LGBTQ students

The rigorous thesis deals with the topic of supportingLGBTQ students. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the topic of identityin adolescence and the specific challenges faced by LGBTQ adolescents in this period. It also introduces research that deals with LGBTQ topics and the experiences of LGBTQ adolescents in the school environment and the different forms of support that schools can provide to LGBTQ students, includingthe presence of supportive adults. School counselors can play an important role as "advocates" for LGBTQ students. However, there is very little researchthat deals with this specific topic. The research in this work is dedicatedto mapping the situationregarding the cooperation of LGBTQ students and school counseling centres. The researchquestions focus on what experiences school counselors have with LGBTQ issues and students, how they perceive their role in supporting these students,and where they see room for change in this area. The diploma thesis deals with the topic of supporting LGBTQ students. It describes the experiences of LGBTQ adolescents in the school environment and the different forms of support that can be provided to them in this environment. The work focuses mainly on the support of LGBTQ students from the school counseling centres and the role of school counselors and school psychologists as advocates for LGBTQ students. The research in this work is dedicated to mapping out the experiences and comparing the views of school counselors and school psychologists and LGBTQ students on LGBTQ topics in Czech education and the role of the school counseling centres in supporting LGBTQ students. The research in this thesis is qualitative and works with two research sets. Individual interviews and focus groups were used for data collection, thematic analysis was chosen for subsequent data analysis. The results of the research draw attention to the absence of LGBTQ topics in Czech education and the insufficient support of LGBTQ students by adults in education. Safe climate at elementary schools in Třebíč with focus on bullying and cyberbullying

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of safe climate in primary schools of Třebíč, focusing on bullying and cyberbullying. It is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes bullying, cyberbullying and prevention, in the practical part, you can find its research and results. The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to map the system of prevention at primary schools in Třebíč. The partial aim was to find out whether there is bullying and cyberbullying in these elementary schools and how to deal with it. Qualitative research was used to achieve the goals. A semi-structured interview technique was used to identify specific information. The sample consisted of school prevention methodologists and workers of low-threshold facilities for children and youth. Their answers were subsequently processed and the system of prevention in Třebíč schools was described. The results show that primary schools are based on a safe climate and therefore pay close attention to the prevention. Schools follow the methodological instructions of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports to prevent and deal with bullying and cyberbullying. The bachelor thesis and its results can bring a comprehensive view of the prevention against bullying and cyberbullying in primary schools of Třebíč. This work is beneficial for parents of children entering elementary school. Furthermore, it can serve as a basis for prevention methodologies, social workers and others dealing with bullying and cyberbullying.
School Counselling Centres - reality and expectations

The thesis deals with the profession of school psychologist. We are wondering if there are any reasons that prevent or encourage the introduction of psychologists into schools. The first part of the thesis deals with the concepts of school psychology and school psychologist from the present and historical point of view. We are dedicated to the legislative anchoring of this profession and its ethical standards. We uncover the complex network of the school psychologist, including aspects that can be partaking of teachers' expectations of school psychologists. The second part of the thesis deals with the questionnaire survey which was carried out at the school, where the institution of the school psychologist is already established and where it is not. The data analysis was conducted the analysis. Through her, we found five areas of interest which affect expectations. The first area concerns the role of the school psychologist. The second area concerns of his work. The third is the idea of teachers about the " ideal " school psychologist.
